I'm the only one I know with an N900 in the suburbs of Chicago. I'm sure there are a decent amount in the city, what with the flagship store and all, but I haven't seen anyone besides the Nokia employees with one.

Oh, I forgot to comment. I saw for the first time another N900 owner here in Spain last week (in Paterna, near Valencia). He was Finnish though.

I seem to be the only person in the south coast (uk) with a N900. although looking at the map there is another person apparently in Brighton, which makes two of us.

i have never seen anyone with it and no one other than the people in my office know what it is. i keep hearing ah thats the new n97. NO.

Everyone wants to have a play but is put off by the fact they have no idea how to do anything. when i show them the phone and i am still learning myself, then they are amazed

There's 4 of us n900 owners at my work, but then I work at an ISP so we have a higher geek ratio than most places.

The whole of Carphone Warehouse in the centre of Sheffield was covered by a huge picture of one the other week when I walked past it, which I found a bit surprising.

Well, then that makes about three of us so far by this places count. I'm out in Katy, work in the memorial area. Great to see another Houstonian out here. Taking mine for some social network and photography use at the Rodeo in the next week or so (if I can get the family to decide on a show that isn't sold out).

Just discovered that one of my neighbours has N900. I Was pairing my new Bluetooth mouse to my Mac and an unexpected N900 showed up on the list of Bluetooth devices in range. Considering Bluetooth's range, it has to be the guy who lives on the floor below me.

i was in the store a few days ago, and I see this girl talking on the phone. I immediately noticed the silver bezel around the camera. I was taken back a bit, it was my first sighting since I have had the phone (ok I was living in Seoul, but still) and not to be sexiat but to see a girl using one. So I walked towards her direction and slid the 9 out to bang out a fake text as if I didn't see her. She noticed mine and I pretended as if I just noticed hers and I pointed to the 9 and gave her a nod. She smiled and returned the nod as if were in this elite cool kids club. We then walked our separate ways. Kinda cool I thought.

I've never seen a N900 (other than my own) in real life before, advertisement or otherwise.

Then again, I haven't really been down to the land of Mr. Obama lately, where all the other D.C. Metro N900 users are.

so far, i haven't seen someone using n900 here in bay area (san fran - redwood city area) except me. all i see is the overhyped iphone. kinda annoying when some co-workers say i'm using an iphone and i stare back at them looking a bit annoyed...

i'm happy at least i know what is an awesome gadget to an overhyped gadget and you don't see my phone in the public that much. feels unique...

Ok Pinned, I see that someone is very close to me in Lightwater. Don't you just love the cult status the N900 has got. Much rather this than have the boring iphone that everyone seems to have.

Hi Guys,

I work for carphonewarehouse in the uk, in retail. After being an iphone user since the 2G, and then switching to a Nokia N900 i am very impressed.. seems to impress the customers aswell when i get mine out. I now have a powerhorse in my pocket that could almost replace my laptop.

It is becoming a popular device in work.. i always tell people who are looking at it that its not a phone but a computer with a phone.. I think we shall start to see more and more people around using the N900 as we are certainly selling alot more of them atm.

I saw one here in NYC in the borough of the Bronx. At the BBQ's of all places the waiter had one he had an iphone before as well as the Nokia 5800 same as me... So random. Then same day on my way into Manhattan. I saw a man pull one out as I was on the train. So two people in one day.

I see N900's daily here in Helsinki, Finland. A lot N900's spotted in public transportation, few N900's at bars, and many of my friends and two of my teachers have it too.

I have my N900 in a car kit on the dash of my taxi. I work in Southampton UK

A fare said "that's a sexy phone mate" then pulled out his N900 it was 2 days old.

It was cool being the 'Old master' giving him advice

We even exchanged numbers so we could meet up for a coffee and talk N900!

I'm not sure if that's sad or not?

I live in New Jersey (USA) so NOT surprisingly I have NOT seen any other N900 except for myself...though I have seen a few Nokia's at least...otherwise all you see is Blackberry, Apple and Motorola, these days also Nexus One and Droid...

i can't believe I just read 32 pages of people commenting on wether or not they have seen other N900's, but I did. I guess I was hoping to see another owner in the Dallas area.

Oh and to answer the question of the thread....I sadly have not witness any other badass mofos with this phone, and I work in a T-Mobile call center doing Advanced Tech Care. I have also only ever had one customer calling in about the phone but I definitely took a good ten minutes out to discuss the phone with him

I spotted someone else at the train station the other day in Perth, Australia!

I thought I was all alone with my N900 here, but I guess not :D

I went up and spoke to him too without even thinking ... I was too excited ... he bought it to upgrade from his iPhone!

well..I too have not seen anyone other N900 in real life other than mine..I just got mine 2 weeks ago and I love discovering something new about the device each day..
i'm in central valley california..close to bay area.
I love the exclusive feeling I get with this phone!
got tired of seeing high school kids walking around with Iphones and Iphone look alike devices.

I have not seen anyone, yet... I don't expect to see anyone that I KNOW with one... But I know eventually I will meet SOMEONE with a N900. The device is so advanced. (Virginia)
