Yours one is singapore, that is PR 005, you cant flash to PR 001 file, I tried

I was under the impression, and I could definitely be wrong on this, that you could flash to a lower region (005 to 001) IF, you are flashing to a newer PR, such as 1.1, to 1.2

I would think that if it's simply a numerical value, that being that the first number is 30, then that would make it a higher number, regardless of the ending of the string (005 to 001)

However, you can't flash to a "lower" PR. So you can't flash from 1.1 (005) to 1.1 (001), but you can from 1.1 (005) to 1.2 (001)

I could be completely wrong on this and much smarter people than me are welcome to correct me, but I figured this is how it worked.

yes, you are right
when navifirm is release, I will go to flash the finland image instead of asia image, because everytime asia is quite late to release the image file..

Regarding 0% progress, update interrupted, etc.
- Disabled repositories in MeeCatalog (can even uninstal after disabling repositories)
- Disabled Developer mode
- Reboted
Then again update.
Update was ~2 minutes at 0%, then went OK.

Regarding KEYBOARD. (after doing fast transitions on PR 1.2 - mess up with folders and lack of keyboard).

N9QTweak AND FingerTerm (it has virtual keyboard) helped
By choosing add additional virtual keyboards and adding for example english and then reboot.
All previously installed keyboards appeared.

Hope that will help for someone :)

Can you please tell me what exactly did you do in order to get the KB back?
I have the very same situation here, the folders and app menu is alright, phone works normally again but I´m still out of ANY keyboard...

woohoo, change the code to 001, apt-get update will get the update.

It wouldnt work, as you have mp-harmattan-XXX-pr, while update would be YYY. Where XXX and YYY area codes. You can do it manually, but it can mess up your phone, i did it, but would recommend to wait

IF you have N9QTweak and FingerTerm.
Run FingerTerm
cd /opt/N9QTweak
sh ./N9QT
root password
choose D Install additional virtual keyboard
choose coresponding number for example English
Reboot

in my case i saw all keyboards as before.

Inform if that helped.

you can also try to RESTORE N9QTweak and try again with keyboards (i did RESTORE also).

I guess my Swiss phone will not have it, but I can't wait to try!
Just a question though: when I updated to 1.1 all my apps were gone, along with app data (such as angry birds level completion, grrrr).
What is the correct way to limit the data loss between updates? Is it enough to backup and then restore?

firmware = PR 1.2
EMMC = the storage

thats mean example: You format your PC and install windows, everything is lost, and have a clean starting

Flasher -f -F rootFS.bin -F EMMC.bin -R
