thanks for the reply .
lemme explain
when you press the task switcher using the original files it kinda blinks when pressed , but the one i have replaced dont .
like for example take alpha theme the blue one , when you press the taskswitcher in it it blinks blue .
it just came in my mind that blue blink is an image , not sure .
that's what i am asking.

hmm..try changing the colors of these two files ..wmTaskLauncherIconPressed..wmTaskSwitcherIcon.. plus wmTaskSwitcherIconPressed..these control the menu button.. What is the bluetooth button on your screen shot?

i hope you will not need it but for the noobs :p
what i have done is ..

there are two images in /opt/tomch.com/bluezwitch/ .
one is simple and other is gray.

choose any image you wanted to replace .
keep one simple and make a copy of it in gray scale .
now name both of them as named in bluezwitch directory .
then simply move your icons in the folder and say yes to all .
and done :p

hey guys im a noob at this qbw thing and i didnt put the " symbols in the command i was using for the beecon that would open up the phone app, so now everytime i just go to the desktop that the widget is on it opens the phone app without me pressing anybuttons. it also doesnt let me edit that specific desktop....does anyone know wats going on?

your help is much appreciated.

its just because you have checked the option of DESKTOP to YES in QBW...so everytime you go to your desktop the phone application opens...honestly i too have faced the same probs in DESKTOP COMMAND EXECUTE so i need to uninstall it...may be someone else can provide you the solution....

go to the next screen and move a QBW to the affected screen.... On that screen you can edit the QBW to only work on CLICK..

I have others in mind, but I don't want to waste your time. I could rework an SVG file much easier than I can rework a pixmap. But you have my respect if this is asking too much. Thanks again.

if someone can help me here that would be amazing!

basicaly i want to put qbw widget for lets say, to call friend(lets call him mike). would i put this command in dbus-send --type=method_call --dest=com.nokia.HildonDesktop.AppMgr /com/nokia/HildonDesktop/AppMgr com.nokia.HildonDesktop.AppMgr.LaunchApplication string:"osso-addressbook".......and after the word addressbook do i put in the name of the contact?

guys...can you tell me how to put a rectangle background on the qbw yahoo weather...it looks odd without a background and i m nt using flipclock, just d yahoo weather...

make one yourself and name it the same as that zip file have .
i think it's panel .
and just put in the directory .
i am not sure if it is the right answer but in my experience of one week of using queen beecon :p
image/icons/background thingy work this way :P
