You got to laugh really, i dont know what the fuss is about really cos MY 900 is working absolutely brilliant, (i dont need an update to know that) it even wakes me up in the morning and tells me no update yet ha what more do we need lol.

what're the features expected in PR1.2 that u're dying to fight chuck norris for?
i don't know about most of u, i thought PR1.2 as demonstrated at the HK launch party, it added video conferencing to skype & gtalk, & added MSCIM chinese input natively to N900 (no news about all the downsides of having it) which is the most important thing to me for now.

Wrong he already had Maemo 1.3 on his phone when the n900 was released WITH Quatro boot, Meego, Android, and Windows Phone ;) :p
This is sad nokia wont release 1.2... Why dont they put out updates in smaller packaging... Sigh....

we are the ones who have been supporting maemo right from the start. we are the ones who hate and love the device. BUT hong kong got the device with PR1.2 first? does that not seem a little odd?? are there any members even here from hong kong??

This thread become disgusting and annoying.Whoever speaks positively about 2 girls 1 cup is just mentally sick and needs specialist's help. I hope moderators will look into this and delete this ****ing thread forever.

Well every Chinese website selling mobiles has got the N900 for sale available NOW they reckon so either Nokia is taking the piss out of us or China has ripped Nokia off ... somehow i think its all wrong what Nokia are doing to us now.

Could we vote to replace Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo by Chuck Norris once for all? I guess it would speed up the release PR 1.2.

Some say Chuck Norris is faster than the speed of light. Even Einstein's formula e=mc2, use c as stand for Chuck i.e speed of light, twice or rather square.

it makes sense to deploy there first because N900 has no chinese IME native support out of box, without PR1.2, very less people will buy it, that was one of the reason of its marketting failure in M'sia here, only those non-chinese language users are buying but with X6, N97mini around before hand, the shops are just piling up the stock w/o anymore new buyers.

Last time I heard from Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo he was so angry about nokia stock drop, that he emidately postponed the release of P1.2.
Later on I picked up rumors that he met chuck norris in a dark alley and have not been seen since then...
