Re: Why there is lack of interest "Highspeed enabled kernel for the Nokia n800 and n8
Whoops, just got bitten by a missing step in my post-SSU how-to!
Please add the following step (still as root): 7. Code:
rm /boot/zImage-diablo-200828 |
Re: Why there is lack of interest "Highspeed enabled kernel for the Nokia n800 and n8
Well, nokia have finally gotten around to releasing the new kernel sources so I'll update the kernel to the post ssu version making all this trickery unnecessary ;)

Done, latest kernel with rotation and full speed mmc. For diablo updated with the ssu update.
Install, run flash-and-reboot afterwards: http://qwerty12.maemobox.org/kernel-...maemo1_all.deb I'm not going into much features in this, instead I'd rather save my work for the community kernels (atm, I'm running a pimped kernel with too much :P) |

qwerty12, could you please also include the video I/O patch? Or is it included in the new kernel already?

Okay, so... I try to run fiasco-flasher as root and it says that it isn't installed. I can't seem to find it in any repo anywhere. Where am I supposed to have gotten it from? I'm running Diablo.
Thanks. |
