Well it now appears there are indeed more fanboys than anyone would imagine on this forum and certainly NOT as helpfull as they make themselves out to be ! and after over 75 posts of what can only be decsibed as abuse i think people after reading the torrent of abuse thrown at me will now understand more about this so called "friendly" forum.

In a way. But it would be idiotic to use email from that quote. And reason for that is that when you write form you get specific ID to your subject and itīs addressed to ONE person to keep conversation between these two persons. If you randomly address email to that address it probably getīs answered something like "please use our form" :D

Honestly, are you surprised that we don't want to do your work for you? You weren't (aren't) very polite in both question and reaction.

Then if thats the case its certainly worth a discussion why Nokia dont want to be contacted direct. Oh we;ll it looks like the moderators are going to shut this thread down and for what? a simple question.

And hopefully EVERYONE else will understand your apparent lack of any capability for compromise, or any modicum of common sense at all.

We tried to help. You rejected our help over and over again, claiming that what we offered wasn't relevant AT ALL, despite it being OVER 9000%! relevant.

abill_uk, you didnt help yourself very much, but I would agree that some of the replies to your request are definitely depressing :(

I think abill is well aware of the form by now, I suggest unless someone can help by providing an email address then it's probably not worth posting much else on the thread and to let it die off.

Whatīs the difference between sending email through form on webpage or you email program?

Answer:
Latter is more inefficient in terms of providing support because itīs hard to categorize it and forward it to right person.

What do you mean by direct contact? Thatīs quite direct to me.

Re: Nokia customer/care complaints email wanted.

abill....
You asked a question: "What's a direct email address for Nokia complaints?"

You got lots of answers: "There isn't one. There is a postal address, or a web form which will be processed exactly as a complaint if you include mention of the fact you wish to complain".

You didn't like the answer, so you complained to the people posting, and they responded as they feel appropriate. The fact is, there doesn't appear to be any other answer, and just continuing to say you want an answer won't change that.

Working in customer/technical support myself (not for Nokia), I know it's common for customers to keep asking a question of different people, excepting that somehow they are going to get the answer they want in the end, but this doesn't tend to happen.

I think if you carry this on, you'll achieve nothing except to hurt your reputation (more).

They can't answer directly, it's a company. Xyes gave you the best possible answer: use the forms
And while it is a simple question, you've certainly managed to complicate it.

Kojacker i was always aware of the bloody form THATS what irritated me and the very reason i tried to derive an email address but people on here are just far far too defensive of Nokia and as this forum is a new idea which i honestly thought a lot of Nokia employee's had something to do with from time to time i just hoped one of them or maybe even an ex employee would post an email address, never mind aye you certainly live and learn.
