Are people that unhappy with their N900's?. I am actually really very satisfied with mine. Even with the new phones being released - I haven't found one that stacks up against the N900

I think the main issue with N900 is just not being a "traditional" phone.
If you keep comparing it to any other "phone" it will lose the match. N900, as well as its predecessors, is NOT a phone. Is a pocketable computer which you can use to make calls too.

From my very own point of view, being able to run almost (both using maemo specific software or using EasyDebian) any software has no price, as well as being able to have a bash shell always available in my hands.

If you are looking for a phone, well, N900 is NOT your choice. ;)

Well, at least we won't have to buy a silicone enclosure to prevent antenna losing signal! ;)

Maybe they will add the antenna loss feature the Iphone 4 has. !!

Indeed!!! I'm also going to remove fMMS and bluetooth functionalities from my N900! :D
