With "-c" and "-x file-with-utf8-chars": 8-bit chars interpreted as iso-latin
chars. For example "๖" in the file becomes "รถ" in the SMS. (locale is set to en_US.UTF-8)

I've found a workaround: -x "`cat file-with-utf8-chars`"

So the only missing part is: sending the SMS automatically without pressing "Send" (perhaps with a dbus-command?).

Without "-c": "ERR: Failed to send at+cmgf command" (it seems, that something
like opensh or interception is needed, but why?)

Because the message get send with pnatd. Direct access to modem with tty.

You can use cnee. I will upload a version with "-a" option.

How to use cnee and install xnee.

I added an option "-a" for use with "-c" and this option looks if the screen is locked and will unlock the screen. After that the conversation pops up and cnee will be called to push the send button.

The movement file should be there:
"/user/home/MyDocs/mouse_send.xnl"

Maybe it is the best to create one movement file where the landscape and portrait send button is clicked with a delay.

When you have problems I can try to create one.
