I don't know if it is just me being fussy, but it feels like there are too many clicks just to return to a new game.

I have been showing off Reverstris to my friends and there have been a few times where they (and my self the first few times) have been getting lost in the menu screens, we need to tap the screen 4 times and see how badly we did after messing up the 2nd level just be back in the game.

Is there anyway you could add an option to have a "New game" button before the high scores screen and have the option to upload add score by choice?

@MINKIN2, yeah I'm well aware of that. Technical problems at the late stage of development ate up most of our time, so we didn't have much left to polish and think things like that through. But, the good news is, an update is in the making to address that and some other technical issues. It should be done tomorrow. You can now turn off prompting for name and showing the highscore list after you've played a game, so restarting can be less obnoxious. And there will probably be some kind of in-game shortcut for restarting, so you don't even have to go to the menu. I'm still working on that one.

well, it happens all the time. No matter how many times I press update or upload I don't see my scores on the list. And with score of ~20k I should be there. I tried to upload after finishing the game and update later from menu but still nothing.

Anyhow, I hope that you'll sort everything out with this game and put it in the repo or even ovi store because it really is good and has potential to be one of the best, at least for n900. It looks very decent already and it would be a waste for it to end up like some half baked forgotten project.

what type of connection do you use for updating scores? I just tried again and I can see you at 1st place but I still can't see my scores there.

Hi, I'm the other dev of Reverstris Lite (the Sidekick :))

When you tried to upload your score, there was a problem with our server. The system was working, except for the part of actually adding the score to the db. So even though it was actually... not working, the game got an 'all ok' message, so it recorded your scores as sent. Since other people *are* able to upload their scores (I tested it too, I'm the Škripmaster from the PC list), everything works now, but you'll have to make another Top 50 score to get both the old one and any newer ones to the list. The good news is you only have to beat zdanee's 6648. :)

I simply doesn't work for me :(
I even tried to completely remove the game, with setting and scores and then reinstall. Still nothing. Updating score from servers is always OK but mine doesn't get uploaded.

Done and gone... must play Reverstris! :) Good thing I dont need coins to set a highscore anymore :)
