I sent my N900 back in jan/Feb with a knackered USB, and was surprised (and pleased) to learn that they were repairing it and sending mine back rather than replacing it.

Nokia care UK did ring on the same day as the phone was picked up advising that they would probably swap for an N8 or E7. They spoke to the daughter, so I couldnt ask if a replacement N900 was an option

Sent my N900 to nokia uk in march, with few things wrong (sim error, camera button broken etc) not expecting much to happen, but they sent me a brand new boxed N900 and really i didunt try that hard to get it...

So they must still have some left i guess, i still have to decide whether to sell it or keep it!!
