very hard to believe, why Nokia will launch a device with MeeGo, whean now all the efforts are in develop WP??Why?? for what??:confused:

Because it will never happen...

What is probadly valid is that Nokia will announce two WP8 devices in september.

Then in end of Q4 Jolla hopefully will announcer a meego device.

Its just human nature. Lots of people around here used to like Nokia. The true believers, amazingly enough, still have not lost their faith. Many of both the disgruntled enthusiasts and true believers still cling on to hope that things will change. It's silly, but understandable. That's how human minds often work.

I suspect that it will go on until Nokia runs out of its last 4 or so billions euros, at the rate of billion or so per quarter.

Nokia actually increased it's cash reserves in Q2 from 3,7 billion euros to 4,2 billion euros. Thanks to example the 400 million euros it received from patents, and why it's stock rocketed the day.

Anyways this rumor is silly and should be closed, it will only give hope to some who have not been following this whole Nokia Maemo, MeeGo things closely for past years.

There's zero chance this will happen, it's not me trolling, there's zero change, stop dreaming about it.
All of the Qt and Maemo people have been fired or left Nokia. Nokia is downgrading Qt developers from dev Champions ranks and so on.
There's not enough of people to keep N9 going, let alone new device and OS version.

Jolla is a joke until they have something to show or release. Jolla will be owned by nokia if they ever become relevant.
