Do as suggested above, install the Incepted Repo from MAG and then install mt-toggles that way :)

The fact this was easy to do opens up the possibility for a CSSU that needs Inception/Open mode, but that's good enough I suppose :p

question here, my toggles are all correctly installed but the switch button is not fully visible in the status menu so it looks like there's not enough room in the status applet.

A piece of the switch button looks like it's cut off.
Anybody an idea what caused this?

Dont have the toggles at the bottom of the System-UI!

They get cut off when they are at the bottom.

OK thanks but if I put e.g. the presencex buttons in the bottom (under mt-toggles) then they're partly overlapping those of mt toggles...

well strange, guess there's something wrong with the toggles menu because the space underneath it is really limited.
now i have wifi applet under toggles but here i still see the same issue.

after a reboot i also go into safe mode so guess there's something wrong.
have installed hackybrightness, presencex and toggles...

Safe mode issue will be fixed soon, sysuid crashes once every reboot as part of Nokia's sloppy work.

Hi Friends,

This doesn't seem to work for me. Here's my setup:

- PR1.2
- N9Quick Tweak installed (version 7.2, for PR1.2)
- initially, enabled autorotation via N9QT. Tried to disable this and then installed MAG's orientation toggle
- already did "killall sysuid" after installing orientation toggle

Is the orientation toggle dependent on any other app/script, or does it work on its own? Should I be removing/uninstalling N9QT to make orientation toggle work? Or is it because I'm still on PR1.2?

EDIT:

I see now. :)

So when I tapped (clicked) on the orientation toggle to lock it to landscape, what it does is to lock the interface of apps to landscape (Terminal, Messages, Email, etc.)...and toggling it to portrait does the same. I was under the impression that the orientation toggle also involves the rotation of the home screens. All cleared now. Thank you!

Hi MAG, I'm coming from Coderus toggles and now switch to yours.

To me, the only missing thing from your toggles is the 2G/3G toggle. Any plan to create one?

Wow, this is a so very long status bar. Any idea how to remove the stock bluetooth and availability shortcuts? I've used mv command but didn't work. And is there a toggle for internet connection as well?

You've spammed all his threads, so I'll post once and get it over with.

In Bluetooth settings it has the option to show it in menu, turn that off. I don't know why you want to remove availability there is no way to sign on otherwise.

No, no toggle for internet connection yet.

I get a notification on my phone to update mt-toggles to 0.3-1 but the update kept failing. I tried apt-get but always get signature check fail. Can anyone help me?

Is flightmode toggle plugin supposed to be working in Open mode? I installed it with dpkg restarted sysuid and then killed it and then even restarted N9 but it's still not toggling flight mode state.

When I go to settings and toggle flight mode from there the icon changes it's state, but when I click on the toggle icon in the menu nothing happens (except for a clicking sound).

Nokia N9 PR 1.3 with open mode (NITDroid).

You can simply change the order by editing of config file in /etc/status-menu-items-order.conf, via some text editor.
