out of curiosity I tried the above. I disabled the five new desktops.
then I enabled them again. works nicely here. I was not using the 9 desktops mod before it came with the cssu update if this makes any difference.

update. checked and my hildon-home was already 0.3.71-5

With Catorise installed rotation will go back to main menu with all categories instead of staying inside the chosen category.

No, I've said it many times, edit /usr/share/hildon-desktop/transitions.ini and change forcerotation = 0 to 1.

that's odd. I had catorise installed the update and there all inside there catogories and they rotate fine.
