Got my email at 6.30 last night so hoping it arrives today! Wish there was a consignment number to track!

RA number got. Says I should get a replacement straight away. :rolleyes: We'll see.

Good morning guys, got my dispatched email yesterday at 5.43pm, what time is the latest that an item can be sent by special delivery and still be guaranteed for next day? I know most companies have a cut off time but am not sure what RM's is, any clues if that makes sense?

Got my email last night to my spam filter at 6:53 pm, doubt we will get until Monday to be honest

The way things have been going I agree, but in that case I will be reclaiming my postage charge as RM guarantees next working day by 1pm and seeing as we have been sent the dispatch email.....

well RM get to my place between 4:30 and 7pm, sometimes up to 8, but thats rare. good luck!

Just looked at the RM website, no help at all, don't know why people use RM anymore, there is much better and more reliable services out there these days. Has anyone recieved there N900 today so far?

i have to admit things seem different here now. before hand it really was a random amount of time between ready for despatch and delivery. but it seems thats 2 days is the waiting time now.

my order finally says complete this morning. (and i'm writing this from my week old n900.!!!)

Cheers Noob. From the very complex terms and conditions you have to give RM up to 7 days of notice if you are sending a large volume at an unusual time of day than your normal collection, I've still got everything crossed for today though.

Yaahhhh fuggin hoooowwweeeeeee!

My OH just told me the n900 has arrived!

I've told her not to switch it on or charge it bu to wait until I get home.

I just hope it works and not one of the lemons that a few people have received.

kinda, i work for the nhs, so prob a bit different.

but i'd assume they have an arrangement with RM as they will probably be allways sending out lots?

it will be when they have it in stock. they seem to be getting batches in every few days. but they do despatch from random stores.

havnt heard of people doing that yet. best to call your loacl stores to ask. a list of them can be found on mpd and nokia retail websites.

The email arrived at 3:22pm.

I think if something needs to be deliverd the next day by Special Delivery it needs to be posted by 3pm.

I imagaine they post the n900s out and then update the status and/or send the email too.

I've just been looking at my order, everything should be ok but I think they ave screwed up my pricing plan, with voda, it was meant to be 18 month contract, £39.15, how ever on the order it says its on the £30pm + unlimited web on a 24 month I think, should I wait till I have the phone in case they have it wrong, and should I contact vodafone or MPD? Slightly off subject but people here seem to be quite knowledgable, and I don't waana waste hours trying to get through on the phone.

30 + 5 for unlimited + vat = 39.15?

Hmm could be,rather than disrupting any chance of delivery I will wait till it arrives, an then try an sort it. Emailed RM to find out about cut offs, if I get an email back before I go to work, I will post it up here!

mines getting delivered to my business unit so the posie always comes in a van last phone i bought come with him.

I recieved the vodaphone text msg this morning at 9.54am and got the dispatch email at 8.58am. Order status now says complete.

Am i likely to recieve the phone today or tomorrow? :confused:

Just got a call from David Urch at MPD, saying that Karl Borges asked him to call me. My N900 was dispatched yesterday, and will be with me today 100%. WoooHoooo!

Received the dispatch email around 8pm last night.
Received my N900 10 minutes ago.:D
Mic works fine, no reboots yet. very impressed so far.
My N97 is sulking in the corner. Ha, Ha
