please help me to make a queen beecon widget to restart device on pressing it. i have tryied different commands but no success:(. its a very simple thing in x terminal but i am not able to set a command in queen beecon. i will appreciate your help:D

using queen beecon can i place a desktop widget of a psx game that when i click on start the game with the emulator ? is that possible ?

Is there a script that opens a particular folder with default file manager or any file manager that displays hidden files e.g .videos (I don't think filebox for examples shows that or at least I have been unable to do that). I know there is a script to open a particular file but I want to be able to display folders and put wigdets to those shortcuts on the desktop. I also know you can put bookmark shortcuts to folders but I want to open in file managers and not in the browser.

I AM A TOTAL NOOOOOB on this COOOOL program, i love it, but its waay to complicated for mi useless mind

i even have problems with the most basic thing!!

here is what i want to do:

just 1 or 2 buttons that execute a shell command:

when i press button 1: sh script.sh
when i press button 2: sh script2.sh

those 2 on root privileges

and i cant! lol, if anyone please could help on this thing ill appreciate

and btw, how can i restore the default settiing on the widget? ive tried to open a new one but the settings are messed up :S:S

I need some help, maybe someone can...
I use the "Desktop Activity" app, and I using the two profiles "Default" and "Car". In the car profile, I always use the BT and 3G internet connection with Skype online. "Car " this is a custom profile from "Availability".
Maybe someone could create a script that first does connection to wifi or 3g + activate the custom profile from "Availability", enables BT and then calls "Desktop Activity" to switch to another desktop profile.Then trigger that script with one click on your desktop. Having the 'enable' button on one default desktop activity and the opponent 'disable' button on the other (Car) desktop activity you could easily switch between them.

Wouldn't this be easier if you switched desktop activity to "car" and that desktop would have a big "sync" button on desktop that switches profiles, etc? Can be done via phonecontrol easily.

The other way around, you'd need Desktop Activity to cooperate. OTOH, all it seems to do is copy some files over and kill hildon-desktop AFAICT.

After switching Desktop Activity, press on created one big button, this way is also good, but I don't know the command that can connect to 3g + activate the custom profile from "Availability" (this is not profile of the phone) + enable BT...
