Yes, but you have to craft your own web-scraping script with shell/awk/sed ecc. and adjust the beecon I reported accordingly.

EDIT: Oops found it in the hildon folder. Not sure how I missed it before. Who would have thought to check for browser lol. :rolleyes:

Could someone please tell me the end of the string to launch micro-b. I know the code to launch apps (dbus-send --type=method_call --dest=com.nokia.HildonDesktop.AppMgr /com/nokia/HildonDesktop/AppMgr com.nokia.HildonDesktop.AppMgr.LaunchApplication string:"<application name here>"
) and I know I need to look in /usr/share/applications/hildon for file name but micro b does not seem to be in there. Just fennec. Tried "microb", "micro-b", "osso-browser" and none worked. Thanks.

This widget is super amazing. I can't believe I did not try to master it earlier.

I have used it to get around 2 limitations with n900 - ability to only have 1 app shortcut for each app and changing the massive browser shortcuts. There is one limitation which no one has been able to get around and was wondering if this magical tool could be used to do that. That is to change the contacts shortcuts to smaller pngs. I know you can have a QBW to dial a number (and I have gladly used that to put shortcuts to the wife's mobile on each desktop) but can it be used to open a particular contact in the address book? I know showing whether the person is online (as the contacts short cut does) is asking too much but is it possible to at least open a contact's full details?

Hi I'm after a bit of help.
I'm a latecomer to queen beecon and have only just started using it.

What I'm trying to achieve is an in car screen.
At the moment I have 3 media controls: back, pause and next, and two shortcuts: phone and contacts.

I have all 5 beecons working (with the exception that my play button refuses to be a play/pause button) but at boot I have the words 'to be updated!' appearing on each beecon. This goes away once clicked.

Is there a way to get rid of this text?

Great, thanks for that.
Any chance someone could give me the code for a play/pause button?
The only one I can find is by Techie but doesn't seem to work properly, it only plays.
Preferably I'd like a play pause that shows play when the track is paused and pause when the track's playing.
I could do it myself if it was in php, I just dont know the syntax.

One last request, how can I add a button down state for the back/next buttons?

Haven't done this, but could you modify the simple "button on - button off" instructions in the wiki to instead pick up the following (I did something similar to make a profile General/Silent switcher):

Edit - had a quick play. Have 1 button that can pause what's currently playing and resume, but only from the beginning of the song. Have to go work - might keep playing later in the day.
