What are the differences between USA / Middle east / Global versions of PR1.2?

Plus i'd like to know :
- If I bought my phone in the USA, can I install middle east version with flasher?

I think there is no big difference only language packs and maybe keyboard

I think stuff like Nokia Messaging and regional settings are affected.

You guys think Israel is apart of middle east version?
I don't like it that there is no "feature list"/"change log" each version to help me realize the difference.

There is virtually no difference. You can install any variant of the firmware on any device.

I think the FM transmitter is disabled with some firmware.

And possibly the WiFi channels available are different depending on which firmware you use (different regulatory domains)
