Hi guys... days ago, i made a thread with "please add specifics to the apps", now, i'm here again to say what doesnt work after this horrible pr 1.2 update! it needs to resolve some bugs, it adds much more horrible effects!!! i'm mad bout it, please NOKIAAA BE SERIUS!!!

appdownloader DOESNT WORK!!! -- crash after you open it
callnotify DOESNT WORK!!! -- bug shows icons with no sms
cpufrequi DOESNT WORK!!! -- crash after you open it
d1x-rebirth DOESNT WORK!!! -- crash after you open it
espeakcaller DOESNT WORK!!! -- crash after you open it
ganyremote DOESNT WORK!!! -- missed depends
gnome-nettoolsDOESNT WORK!!! -- doesnt install
gpe-filemanagerDOESNT WORK!!! -- bad icons on the gui
gps recorderDOESNT WORK!!! -- crash after you open it
maemo-recorderDOESNT WORK!!! -- crash after rec

and much more... i dont want to write for a day!

i have a n900... i dont want to sale it ok? please correct all the packages, there are too much blogs that are talking bad bout your n900!!! thanks

most software need to be rebuilt with the new SDK to make it work with PR1.2.
this may be one of the reasons why they crash. Try and reach the developers of the apps , Im sure they will be able to provide you with some reasons for the failure.
My guess is it would be alright when the apps are rebuilt with PR1.2 SDK and uploaded, so its just a short wait till it stands corrected.

I haven't tested any others but CPUfreqUI and Mbarcode work just as they did on Pr1.1.

Possibly something wrong with your device?

I've used cpufrequi several times since updating. It did work.

i dont care bout it... they had too much time in the wait for the new pr, they had the pr 1.2 sdk, the have to be serius with us... its impossible that for all the updates u'll get errors or incompatible problems... i dont care, i payd and i want to have a good device. nokiaaaa wake up and make it good, try to use a stadard for the apps or find a solution!!! all the people is laughting bout our devices!!! the shame!!!

no... i have the global release... i reflashed 3 times!!! it doesnt work with the pr 1.2... i repeat i have the global release

Are you paying? Contributing? If not, sit back and wait.

Do you have -any- understanding about how things work in open source, or in this community?

Did you flash the eMMC? Old settings files may cause strange behavior in new revisions of software. Try finding and deleting them first.

i payd my phone... i payd sygic... and what i like to pay.... i know hot to reflash i'm not a totally noob!!!
flasher-3.5 -F emmc.bin -f then i take out the battery and i plugin again to reflash the firmware image.... and id like to add... this happens to all the italian people... googlize it before to talk... thanks

But you know Nokia didn't make those apps. You should probably contact the developers
