please help me! i beg of you guys! i cant re-flash eMMC! im on a 64-bit!

Why not try to download Ubuntu and put it on either CD or USB and flash emc using that it will only take about 1.5hrs if you have 3mbps dwnld speed or better if you have a higher speeds.

i have ubuntu installed (dual boot) on my laptop, is that okay?

yes download the necessary file for linux.
Right now go shut down your windows and visit that from ubuntu and follow the steps very carefully.

ohh and when you are flashing the firmware before emmc loose that "-R" at the end of the command otherwise it will reboot the phone and you will not be able to flash the emmc

my first problem. sudo is asking for a password that i did not set anything
