Get a credit card, wait for Nokia to provide debit card support, or buy direct from the software developers.
Asking on this forum for pirate copies of paid software will get you nowhere.

Get a debit mastercard/visa, and pay for them like everyone else.

Supporting the developers, will only mean more paid apps and games for the rest of us.
