Cor! I'll certainly buy one of them after the experience I've had with my N900

Re: N950 will succeed N900
If it's the same N950 talked about a year+ ago, then I don't want it if there's not a HW keyboard... :)

Re: N950 will succeed N900
After my experience with the N900 I probably will buy the MeeGo N950. I'd by an N900 v2 running the current version of Maemo (release 3 that is) if it offered two improvements over the original: 1) micro-usb port that won't break under normal, long-term use, and 2) a ghz or better processor.
To secure a definite purchase of the N950 from me add the features above to a 4" screen, keep the rock-solid construction, hw keyboard and ease of porting, developing and installing open source software. That's all Nokia need to do to keep me coming back. |
Re: N950 will succeed N900
I'd buy anything that runs Maemo/MeeGo. Just for the fun of it.
Even if it doesn't have a physical keyboard; yes, that would rule out any practical use of the device, but still it'd be nice having it. |
Re: N950 will succeed N900
I would also buy a cpu improved n900 successor, I don't care if the screen is resistive or capacitive. It can be fixed with a proper touchpen.
I would also like bigger capacity battery, motorola defy has 1500mah one as n97 does. Bigger battery and smaller chips and (possibly) amoled screen would give us impressing battery life. |

I prefer the resistive screen. I still have an affinity for a stylus. I don't use it all the time but frequently enough that I'd miss it. |
Re: N950 will succeed N900
Even I, a Nokia nay-sayer, am tempted by this trial baloon. I am even happier if it doesn't have a physical keyboard, which was something I got very used to on my N800. Hmmm. I have just finished swearing off Nokia about a million times, but ... you can't trust me.
