I Cannot Find The Nokia 810 Anywhere?
 

Hi. I have been looking for the 810 but no one seems to have it in stock or it's not even listed at all. Can anyone tell me where they purchased it? If you used an on-line source...which one? Thanks!

Just bought mine from CompUsa in Rochester, NY. They had several (3) in stock but hadn't put any out for display.

jr.com says it is in stock, with a shipping time of 3 to 5 days. Does that drop ship from somewhere else?

Buy.com claims they have them for shipping - I sure hope they are telling the truth. I decided I had to have this before I went on vacation and placed my order with them today.
Last time I placed an order it came in 2 days with the free shipping.
Price is $429 and there is $30 off if you get their credit card also
which makes it $399!

ccompusa is still mostly clueless. I drove 4 hours to the Chicago flagship store and got mine. They do have them!

I ordered mine on Friday afternoon from Buy.com and got a shipping notice today. I chose 2nd day since I'm picking it up on a short trip to NYC this week. You can easily find Buy.com discounts up to $15 by Googling. I ended up using the $10 discount you get for using Google checkout the first time (which doesn't work in conjunction with coupons) as it was also the only way to use my Canadian credit card with Buy.com. Thanks, Google.

I was also worried about it being in stock at Buy.com, since every place that said they were expecting new stock on Friday didn't seem to have it on the shelves yet. Lots of places should be restocked by tomorrow.

Watch Out: I ordered from Tiger Direct as they said it was in stock. Then I got the run around and finally someone admitted they made up issues to hide the fact it was back ordered. They assured me it was boxed and ready to go yet still nothing but my CC has been charged. Do NOT trust them when they say in stock. I will never buy another item from them.:mad:

I drove hours to and from the chicago flagship store also.... if you are in driving distance , that is your best bet.

That's where I bought my N800. I gotta say, in addition to having plenty of stock, their salespeople are actually helpful and know something about their pproducts. Not to mention they let you play with the devices for as long as you like without hounding you.

totally agree with that... loved the look on their face though when they tried to sell me a mini sd to go with it i asked how much and the guy said 2 gig for 39.99 or something like that. and i said no thanks , i can get a 4 gig micro with mini adaptor at frys electronics for 55 bucks. lol

Walked across the street to J&R (man, I love working across the street from J&R) and found about 8 of them on the shelves. A few minutes later, there were 7 left.

I keep checking at my local Fry's and Micro Center who both stocked the 770 and 800 models over time. I think Fry's pulled the 800 from the shelves, and I don't know if that was either because of how they sell or if they're preparing to get some 810 models in stock. Ironically, they had an open box Nokia 770 for $349! PASS!

I live in the Atlanta area. Does anyone know of a brick-and-mortar that'd have one I could go pick up this weekend?

TigerDirect did have them in stock as that is where I purchased mine the day after Thanksgiving. When inventory was low they clearly stated on the website, "Get One While They Last", i.e. soon to be back ordered. Of course now TigerDirect states they are backordered.
