here's a new use for your internet tablet.....

lately i been spending lot of time drawing o my tablet...with Mpaint:

mpaint is te best image editor for 700. it has some cool features as
palette editos and layer effects... and it runs pretty well on te 770.

this is somethig i did while ago in mpaint 770

...anyway i just whish there were more graphic editors for 770..

Anybody knows about others programs like this avaliable for os 2006 or 2007??

by the way.. i found this site with some cool apps.. http://michaels770.blogspot.com/ but theyre only for os 2005, theres any way to force the installation in os 2007,,,emulate or an easy way to port them...

im specially intrested on sodipody vector graphics...

Does anyone know how to get MPaint running on OS2008? I cannot seem to get it to work.

dont know... it works for os 2006/2007, better on 2007 because of the multiple windows feature.......

but, at least it let you install the program...?
if the problem is that you can't run it (but you can install it) it may be due to missing libs.....

it happened to me when i upgrade to os 2007 i was able to install mpaint.. but when trying to lauch it,, it didint work...

it should work better for you on a n800.... mine is os 2007 he (770) and it runs well

Use ssh -X with Gimp. I did this yesterday and it worked perfect, but only at wifi range :).

I've been wondering... Is there any app on the tablets for drawing 2D house plans ?
I mean some kind of sketch editor with pre-defined objects like walls, fournitures, doors and stairs...

older versions of gimp build for the n800.....
only a matter of one of the guys that brung mypaint/mtpaint over to the tablet taking a stab at it....
I did try and got it working.
but as for the hildon and optimization thats where i usually fail.

I have tried to find MPaint from numbers of repositories and websites, but I can't find the installation package for OS2006.

Could you tell me where I can download the installation package?
