Best Screen Protector For N800
 

I'm looking for the opinions on a Screen Protector for the n800. Obviously looking for one that doesn't distort the stylus picking things on the screen. And one that covers the entire screen.

Brands and experiences would be helpful.

Right - I think we need a Wiki article that reviews ALL the different screen protectors out there, their costs, places to get all over the world, and so on? Seems like this question crops up over and over again.

We also need another article on ALL the different cases out there.

And one on the GPS acquisition rates of the N810.

And one on Wayfinder.


Anyone care to submit these for editting? Last time I tried I didn't have rights to do so.

I think I'm going BoxWave, just have to decide on Anti-Glare or Crystal.

Most screen protectors show wear (scratches) over time, but I've found that applying a drop of 'Armor All', using a piece of tissue, to the center of ANY screen protector and then wiping the entire screen, works wonders. Benefits include a reduction in the appearance of any scratches, smoother stylus movement, and extending the life of the existing screen protector. My understanding is that Armor All is a silicone-based substance. As a side note, the use of it has NOT created any blurring on any protector that I have in use.

I asked over here, but does anyone notice any difference between the Boxwave & Brando anti-glare's? I've got a Brando that I'm not impressed with so I'm in the process of ordering a Boxwave just to try it out for myself. tx

I tried a BoxWave and its a nice protector but applying it was a chore.

So I tried InvisibleShield for the N800. my phone and my Flip camera. I wasn't very impressed.

So I tried messing with the BoxWave again and got it on pretty good, but I need to order another one because parts of the protector got bent.

So I would say go for BoxWave. And the Anti-Glare is nice.

I recommend cleartouch anti-glare from boxwave.com
I've been using it for a while and it doesn't have any problem recognizing the touch (finger or stylus)

I use ExpertShield screen protector. Its really high quality. Hard and slippery surface, extremely easy installation (without any bubbles!). It's cheap but you have to wait for about two weeks for the sipping. I recommend this one.
