Freakin search all morning. WGET!
 

im trying to install WGEt. i tried app-install wget, and with -f command in terminal, but i keep getting and error. "Is there another process using it?" could not get lock on /var/lib/dpkg/lock.

what am i missing? im using easyroot

Did you have the appmanager open? Close that first.

wait now its saying try "apt-get -f install" with no packages, but when i do that it fails also.

do i need to be online when i do that?

If I'm understanding correctly, you want to install wget?

I installed it from one of the repositories, using gronmayer.com
http://www.gronmayer.com/it/index.php

use the "search in repositories" box at top right.

install that repository on your tablet, and install wget from Application Manager's available programs.
