Nice javascript apps

I have some nice javascript applications which run in any browser, including the n810 browser and can be run on it without internet connection (unless you click on external links).

These are:
- ephemeris
- scientific calculator
- scrabble game (1-4 players)
- periodic table

These apps I have got from the internet and modified, when somebody is interested I'll post them as a zipped archive which you can unpack on the N810.
You can adapt them to your needs on any browser and text editor.

Not to be a dick, but under what licensing rights are you redistributing these? I dig ephem and eclipse are self-made - but the rest all seem scraped from somewhere else or using images from somewhere else.

Re: Nice javascript apps

Most code and software, even when used commercially is ripped from internet and modified by other programmers.
And the images in this code are so simple that there is nothing to license.
It is just freeware and I mention the source / original maker of the code.

Re: Nice javascript apps

I'm thinking of making a launcher for javascript and other web based scripts and programs. I'm going to write it in ajax mostly so it will run in web browser as well. Going to have several tabs and the items will be rearangable in the tabs. All the scripts will be loaded on your tablet so you wont need internet access for any of them. If its cool I'm going to add these scripts to it. Also i'm going to be looking for someone to help me package this up so it installs the scripts to tablet and can be launched from menu. If anyone is interested in helping me please let me know. Also i'll be looking for any open source or free scripts to use as well.

to andrewfblack:

What is the difference between your launcher-to-be-made and a web browser ?
A web browser can also run js without internet connection as long as the script does not open an external link.
Is it faster ?
Or are you going to make a new web browser ?

I think you miss understood what I said the launcher is going to be a web app that is stored on your tablet just like the scripts. Since I have about 30 little games and calculator like scripts I wanted an easy way to access them all so the launcher will just run in regular browser when you click on a program icon will pop it open in a new browser window.
