So N900 is finally available to order from nokia italy online which means that there's no stock problem due to preorders. I wonder when the device will be available in the shops and which shops it will be available in?

As a sidenote: Anyone in Milan know which Nokia shop is good (as in local flagship so that I can find the device once I go back to Italy on the weekend)?

I think that the 20% discount (479 euro) is worth buying the Italian version.

But You can wait the availability at amazon.co.uk or other uk reseller if You really want the UK keyboard.

I had a long journey including trains, flight, and 2 damn hours of traffic, and have been offline as it all happened I guess :P

In the end I wish to replace the keyboard physically. If that is possible at the Nokia service for a fee, then the discount pays off. However, If I'm going to be stuck with the Italian keyboard for launch then I'm not sure anymore :)

Doh, I decided not to order one last night and now its on pre-order again.


I wonder when the device will be available in-shop.

Anyway congragulations to people whose devices have been delivered.

Any thoughts on the keyboard, and general usability such as signal strength etc? I wouldn't mind some screenshots either :)

I wrote 2 weeks ago that Nokia was going to release N900 on 23th of November, info was taken from official Polish Nokia website and no one ever cared to check that :P

I did not like the payment (as well as the higher price) etc. options with the UK online shops. So even though I want a UK qwerty keyset I preordered from Nokia it.

So I guess it's another week stuck with my N91 :P

In every country? Well, at least neither Austria, Swiss nor Germany recieved anything yet. Three large markets in central Europe. So no, it hasn't been released in every country, not even every major country.
