n900 VS n97 : Camera comparison
 

Here's some sample picture of two phone. Both of them got a good camera quality and I don't know which one is better.

the n97 was taken by n900 and the n900 was taken by n97.

Well it would help if you took identical shots with both devices. I find the N900 camera to be excellent until the light closes in and then it is next to useless, as are most camera phones :(

with these you just can't say anything objective.

Having had n95 for 2 years before n900, gotta say that n95's camera quality was way better than n900's quality. This applies especially to indoor photos ( despite the fact that I had N95-1 without the led flash and the n900 has douple led flash)

The N82 is even better, and when you add the xenon flash, it can l;ight up a pitch black room.

Video recording is indeed superior on the N900. However, this doesn't demonstrate anything about the still image quality.

yes it demostrated because 600 Mhz gives better performance at the camera logical??? no??

And better hardware on n900 is one point more to the camera performance

600 mhz camera run great. N97 Still slow

Baaah!

The G1 takes waaay better pictures as anyone that saw my "Three 900's" thread. I am talking studio quality ;)

I am kidding of course. G1 is like a kiddie toy phone in comparison.

These pictures just make me wish N900 had the N97 slider and d pad :-/

The chrome accent on the N900 interfering with pictures is more alarming to me than any other phones capabilities.
