What games use the n900's hardware accelerated 3d graphics?

The majority of games developed and ported by the community don’t appear to utilise the n900 graphics acceleration hardware and rely on the CPU for rendering.
After ~4 months of being released in the UK, there seem to be no new 3d accelerated games coming through the OVI Store?
Is the Bounce Demo the only game so far which does support hardware accelerated 3d? Are there any other games? Does Open Arena use the n900's graphics hardware?
What is the likelihood of some properly developed, playable rts, fps games which utilise the hardware and OS capabilities of the n900 coming to market?
Without proper paid game developers to produce games I don’t think the programmers in the community will have the time or money to produce completed games to a high quality which are actually playable.
It seems a few small time developers have indicated that they are developing for the n900, but i have seen only a hand full of small games released and i am hoping for something more that shooting a ball through a hoop. Maybe they are dropping Maemo in favour of MeeGo due to the relatively small market for games on the n900.
Any opinions?

Ok, ill tell you what i really want, a playable rts game like c&c, starcraft etc and i have got these running on my n900 but there only half finished, there are buggy and crash, many features dont work and they seem to be one-off demonstrators with no plans to continue development. c&c doesn't even run in full screen.
I am quite happy to pay money for a similar game which is complete and playable.

Nope, it only ran smooth since PR 1.1

This one is very tricky and uses video overlay for rendering stuff to screen quickly. The GPU is not involved. Yes, it's very impressive, indeed!

Buy Warcraft and install wargus. It's complete and from what i read quite good on the NITs.

There's no need for 3D acceleration for a good RTS game. It's probably the least important genre for 3D graphics, at least after puzzles. :D

Teeworlds uses also GPU

You can't find it? Here's a search for "warcraft": http://talk.maemo.org/search.php?searchid=6932702

Airport is a 2D game on the Ovi store and almost certainly doesn't use the 3D hardware.

Agree with the original OP that there are a lack of 3D games (or games in general or apps) but this thread will not change that. A predicate to good professional grade content on the N900 is a functioning software store so that developers can be paid. There is only so much FOSS can provide for platforms like the N900. A paid app environment doesn't exist at the moment, but I have hopes it will soon. In my opinion though this is too late for the N900 platform, but future handsets will be covered.

Almost forgot:

HoopsFrenzy
and
SoccerFrenzy

Both are commercial software that use the GPU. I think both were ported by the author that originally wrote them for the iPhone.

This is exactly the kind of development that needs community support from N900 users. (That means buy them).

AFAIK It *is* linking against libqt4-opengl, so it's using the accelerator in some way (probably via QGraphicsView).

A Very Good real-time strategy with hardware-accelerated 3D graphics is Warzone 2100. I found it in some thread around, here are the commands to install it (it has no sound):

Code:

sudo gainroot
apt-get -y install wget libsdl-net1.2
apt-get clean
cd /home/user/MyDocs
wget http://nakkiboso.com/wz2100_0.2_armel.deb
dpkg -i wz2100_0.2_armel.deb
rm wz2100_0.2_armel.deb

has any of those 3d games backported to diablo for n8x0 ?
(even if it is unplayable does it build ?)

@darkwolf :
Yeah, Angry Birds uses the gpu.
I once had a episode where all gpu accelerated games didn't work .
Angry birds was among them.
A reboot fixed this btw.
Some more for your list:
- Zenbound,
- Coasterrush 3D
- Towerbloxx
