im pretty much close to release now i think, above are some screenshots :D, i just need ideas for font colours, all i have left after that is the App manager catorgory icons. Also im thinking of changing the Title bar, the black/yellow bar isnt to appealing tbh, and i apologize for not removing my shortcuts, completely forgot......:o

i agree with gavin. lifestream somewhat greenish color is cool too. check the ffvii dissidia theme for psp...

since the wallpaper light i dont think it's a good idea to use yellow because it's hard to see. I love this theme though please release it soon :) FF Fan here ...

What about copyrights of those backgrounds? Or did you draw 'em or are they free to use? They look cool :)

I've been playing this amazing game for a few days now and then I stumbled on this thread!
Definitely would proudly use your theme. Very nice work so far!
I would already be happy with a wall paper release too, and just use it with the default blue theme on the N900!

well i dont think i can use the "steel" type of colour since if you look at the calendar app its grey as well so that wont work, green is a possibilty but, the idea of lifestream, correct me if im wrong but wasnt that ff7? plus i think green wouldnt go with the theme itself.

the way im thinking it is, colours you see alot of i suppose, and now i think about it grass and sky....but anyway i went with chocobo/yellow :confused: but like i said its to hard to see the text so i need to ponder it a bit more, might try a blue or green. Also does anyone know how to screenshot the lock slider screen? everytime i pop open the keyboard it goes to desktop....:o

as for the images the icons like chocobos are from a free site that just asked to mentioned which i will do, as for the backgrounds honestly im not sure, had them on my pc for a while but i think they are the official wallpapers. Need to chase these up really only started off as a personal theme...:D

to bright, wont work against white background.....

EDIT: actually playing around in photoshop with colours , certain shades of blue show well on both....might be blue now....gonna try it on the theme see how it looks.

lol, i didnt start making it cause someone demanded it. Was already making one before i seen the thread. But in a sense your right :D,

anyway, going to fix the slider, done a bad job of the steel ball part, and going to see what i can do about the app manager catagory icons. hopefully after that ill be somewhere near finished.

you know, that was exactly what I was thinking when I clicked on the thread and saw screenshots of the theme poking me and beautiful ones at that, I mean a few days ago he was demanding it, and he got it; maybe I should really stop being nice and start demanding more, I am afterall your master.

I cant really give a time but ill edit and put a link in the first post when Its ready, im swamped with work at the minute so im not really getting much spare time to mess around with it. But it is pretty close to a first release, im sure you can gather from reading the thread, im literally messing with font colors to find a nice blend. So once ive changed colors ill post screenies again and get some opinions, and take it from thier.

Also as a future note I am looking for a FFXIII font, the one like the damage font but as far as I can see there isnt one yet official or fan-made, but once I can find one and if im allowed to use it, I will try and use it in the theme itself and see if it works well. :D But ill tackle that issue when im there.

EDIT: Screenies, App manager icons done but maybe a little to bright...:o

Theme looks nice from the screenshots... Too bad the game is pretty boring..

I've just gotten around to buying a used Oblivion for my PS3, and then the girlfriend bought Final Fantasy.. We have been playing 2 of the earlier ones together and they where nice (XI and XII).. But this is just too damn' linier.. especially when I have just been playing a very un-linier game like Oblivion.
(Oblivion has it's own faults as well)

i think the background is bright color, so the icon should be black make the theme attractive

I doubt this guy will be releasing it anytime soon.....was posted in april. Looks like a nice theme as well, ashame.
Your better off making your own or using a diff theme.
