Dear Maemo Community,
I watch since a while all this 1.2 firmware spam with a lot of "fake dates", so I decided to make this bet thread. Just make a post here with a exact date when you expect the release of the 1.2 firmware. This thread is simply for fun but we can add a small reward for the member who guessed the correct date :) |

I think sometimes in May. This is what I think Nokia will release it's update for the N900.

personally, i won't be making this kind of thread because it will only attract more moaners (i admit, i am one of them) moan all over the place. could we just silently wait for the update because moaning here won't change Nokia's plans to release that update. Meanwhile, we could get on with our lives and be surprised once the update comes. Some of you may be moaning here in the forums while your children, your girlfriends/boyfriends are getting angry of you having no time for them, piling school work, etc. right? |

If pr 1.2 is released what will all the people on this forum have to look forward to! That is why Nokia are being kind and not releasing pr1.2, it gives all our lives some meaning and something to long for.

I think Nokia is tracking these kinds of threads, so whenever they spot a new one, they delay the PR1.2 release for another 2 weeks just for the fun of it.
