there is any chance gameloft will start making games for Nokia N900?

i cant see them making paid for apps until the ovi store supports them properly. please prove me wrong though i do like gameloft games!

EA has already signed up to make games for MeeGo so I wouldn't be too worried about it.

I don't understand why those interested in making money just don't use their own payment systems. Yes a little bit more work, but we the N900 users are desperate!

It isn't only the payment system. There aren't a whole lot of people in the N900 community, making it a less profitable device to develop for. It makes a lot more financial sense to companies like EA or Gameloft to develop a game for the iPhone. There were something like 8 million iPhones sold last quarter alone (engadget.com), that's many times over the amount of N900s sold since it was released.

Although they can try to 'balance' the numbers by making the app prices higher (3x - 4x higher than on iPhone? as seen on Angry Birds), the lack of DRM, good marketing and mindshare makes it a much less attractive target platform for them... for the time being...
