Shazam IS coming to the N900
 

I wanted to share the good news with you that Shazam is coming to the N900 and here is the Preview http://j.mp/c4qIEq
BTW I also posted a reply on another thread regarding Midomi to say that I had an email from them saying that a Maemo Midomi app will also be made available but not in the near future. - @C00L

The question is when ?
They are already a bunch of cool apps awaiting for the OVI store to really open for the N900.

This is very old news, this is already discussed on the other thread of Shazam.

It will be available when PR1.2 is released as far as I know.

pr1.2 is out, we still didn't get any shazam, it's aviable on iPad, Android, Symbian, Blackberry, iPhone...btw they ported it to maemo as well - but we don't get it =))) Shame

I think Nokia operates on the same soon as Blizzard does.

on a side note, I always find it hilarious when iphone users hold their shazam to *the radio* instead of to *the speaker*, as if some mysterious magical data were emanating from the tuner itself.

Istinctiv unfortunately isn't half as good as shazam or midomi, at least with the tunes I tried it with. Might have a different musical target than mine.

@ download harmattan sdk, and there is icon called icon-l-shazam.png . seem N9 willl get shazam

well after we got our shown flash 10 why not shazam also :p wasn't there a shazam app in that unreleased ovi repo :p ?
