Photo saving reverts back to the Memory card!
 

I think this was mentioned somewhere in the forums, but I need to ask the question again as it is bothering me quite a lot!

My camera application keeps reverting back to the external memory instead of the internal no matter how many times I hit the option 'internal memory, save'.....next time I open the camera app it`s saving the photos on the memory card again! It`s driving me mad! Any trick that I missed to fix this?

Same happens to me. Sometimes it doesn't even show up in Photos or Videos :|

...and the weird thing is that with the leaked PR1.2.....IT`S STILL HAPPENING!....is this something that Nokia missed to fix?

this usually only happens to me after i've hot-swapped the memory card, don't know if this is intended behaviour or not though! if so perhaps a bad connection means your memory card is indicating its been removed and replaced?

In my case it happens when I connect to PC via USB in memory mode - each time after I make backup of my device and dump to PC, I forget to switch camera to save images to internal memory. After I realize this I open terminal and do "mv /media/*/DCIM/* /home/user/MyDocs/DCIM/"

Yeah, it can be annoying.

Same issue, every time Camera save files at memory card, without swiping or connecting pc?!!!!

Same here,

Every time i want to record video very fast , it is annoying my as a memory card is full. Then the moment which i would like to record already gone.!!!!

This is Bug 8640. Although the bug has been closed as a WONTFIX, you can still vote for it, as they do occasionally get re-opened. Please no "me too"-style comments, though.

Given that Ovi beta will not look at the image folder on the memory card then it is a now a big problem.
Whats the point of syncing if it wont see the photos and you cant set the default to internal memory!!
