n900 Ovi store is currently unavailable for your device
 

i have been using my phone for 6 month ,
updated PR1.2 , updated smoothly , eveery thing was fine , today i noticed that in my browser when i tried to o in to OVI Store it says
"Ovi store is currently unavailable for your device " i have downloaded stuffs after updatein my phone as welll why all of sudden i m unable to go to ovi store

Mine is V 10.2010.19-1.002 , It Is an US firmware , i got it from US

Did you install "Hide User-Agent"? Then that would be the reason why you cannot access Ovi store.

I can confirm this on my US device (version 10.2010.19-1.002). It's showing the same message for me.

Why are you all so desperates about OVI? There is nothing new in there and also nothing interesting! Maybe they will add valuable content in time, but for now...

i'm the usa, pr 1.2 same issue. as I'm flying back to europe tomorrow i will check there to see if it is a regional issue.

I've wondered the same thing. I first noticed about 3 days ago but this was about the same time as was reading about "Hide User Agent". I had been messing with it and thought that may have been the problem but I went back to the default user agent string for N900 ('Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux armv7l; en-US; rv:1.9.2b6pre) Gecko/20100318 Firefox/3.5 Maemo Browser 1.7.4.8 RX-51 N900) and I still got the error.

Now they complain on the emptiness of store.. LOL

I'm in the USA and its working again now. I believe it was down for maintenance - why is everyone so worried about it, like someone else said its not as if there is much available yet!

Also appears to be no real changes...
