Very Quiet

I am on my 2nd N900 now and found them both the same, very quiet. Ring Volume & Ear volume when on a call up full are not loud at all. Has others found this and have any solutions? |

Duplicate threads merged. Coffee, do not open multiple threads for the same topic.

Re: Very Quiet
My apologies.
I wasn't sure the appropriate place for starters and not sure if I would get the attention needed. Do any of you guys have any suggestions? |
Re: Very Quiet
Ive not had any issues yet.
Could be a network issue. Book it in with a Nokia Service Centre. |

And why do people do such things? Warning: This question and its answers lead straight to misanthropy. |

next thing: we aren't nokias support portal that has 35 second delay for ansvering every question. you either wait or call to nokia directly with your problems... |
Re: Very Quiet
The reason the N900 is "quiet" is because the hole for the audio is not where the speaker is situated as the speaker is situated to one side of the hole some distance away so if you could move either the hole or the speaker ajacent to eachother then the audio will be much louder, there is actually a way to do this and that is simply to drill a hole above the speaker as it is not easy to move the speaker but would mean 2 holes..... upto you but there is the answer to your problem ok.
