[ANNOUNCE] Skid Stone

Hi everyone.

I want to announce board game Skid Stone. It's based on idea of BrickShooter. It's built with Nokia Qt SDK.
You can find the game in extras-devel.

Game rules: This board game presents colored boxes in the center of the playing field. Outside the playing field, a single row of colored blocks is placed in random order. You can slide these blocks and they will stop, when hitting boxes located in the center. When two or more blocks of the same color are side-by-side, they disappear. Clear the playing filed to win.

p.s. This is my first project for Maemo and first, made with Qt.
This work took me about three weeks, but I think it was worth it.

Uploaded a new version, to fix uncommon bug with mistaken positioning of boxes on a game field.

Tried it... it's fun. But I think that the following suggestions, if implemented, could make it better:

1) There should be an instructions section somewhere explaining what exactly is the goal in the game. I could not find this in the game anywhere.

2) Right now there's no time limit or 'challenge' factor in the game. If something like that's built in, the game would be more challenging, and fun.

1) That's true, no instructions yet. I was limited in time, and first of all tried to make game mechanics. And second factor is my poor English. I'm not shure, that I can explain rules of the game clearly :) I'll try to do it later.
2) The project is in the beginning. I have different thoughts and plans for future features. For example: timed play, random field generator, different rules (ex: matching 3 cubes not 2 like now). Also table of scores, user profiles, and maybe anything else.

Nice game. Played through all 50 levels. It took few hours, so must say game is addicting.
For further development I would suggest adding more challenge to later levels. Blocking moves/stones, changing colors of stones, complex moves or something.
Anyway game platform and UI works good.

Thanx to all of You for the replies.
I'll get back to work on the game when there will be more free time for it.
By the way I'm thinking about additional features for the game.
And searching for a good ideas about the new interesting board games.
