How to hard reset or master -flash with out usb connection???
 

My N900 not connec to pc because some system files may be corrupt or deleted by antivirus...
Now i can't connec to pc any way, it not charge too
any applycation in device working good! but i can't get out any content ( only one way coppy to mmc)
Any body please tell me how to fix this problem or repaid it

I had try on more PC but no one accept usb connection
so that, i'm sure the error ( corrupt) from n900
i can't conect anyone!
i know howv to flash with flasher-3.5 but i can't connect to PC
my God!

It sucks that a "mobile computer" can't reflash itself without help from another computer. There really should have been a "flash from memory card" function.

Look like a hardware issue, I don't think that you can do anything, just backup all your important data on a memory card and send your N900 to Nokia.

Could you try installing/reinstalling OVI Suite on your PC and try again?
My N900 is not charging on other computers, but they do not have installed OVI Suite on it.

An app to fix an unknown problem - hardly likely!

Have you tried holding down the U key on the N900 (with it turned off) while you plug in the usb cable?

That should put it in update/flash mode.
You should see a dim (un-backlight) NOKIA screen.

You can then Flash.

If it refuses to connect then it does indeed sound like a hardware error. Just send it back to NOKIA and get it replaced/repaired.

i know how to master-flash the N900!
but the PC don't know hardware plugin ( when i turned off the phone, press and hold U key)
this problem availbe after my friend scan virus in N900 strore!
i can send it o NOKIA CARE but so far ! 300Km from here!

have u tried to reset the phone,or clear everything to default settings,on the phone itself .(but first backup)

I known how to flash this device!
turn off the phone and hold th U key next to connect
but the computer Recognized the phone when i plugin the cable
i pressed the u key! the Nokia logo availble (in the dark)
messenge appear
some time on the phone appear the messenge to choose pc suite or mass strore, some time non appear
after the pc recognized the phone i unplug the cable the phone appear this messen "
BOOT MENU
INTERNAL FLASH
TURN OFF WHEN NOT CHARGE

move up/ down to sellec....
i chonen one and next it turn off!
i turn on the phone, any app working good ! more time again and again but it not connect
huhuhuhuhuuhuh..... it drives me crazy !

i had reset defaul setting, lear device more time but no way to connect!
i never drop it !

Today i had drive to Hue city ( Vietnam) where Nokia Care nearest my place. I given my phone !
now i stay here and pray !
