Just wanted to share with you guys my experience from last night. Oo

As you probably know, last night was a night filled with falling stars.
In my local time it was between 02:00 and 05:00 (AM),

Drove somewhere very very very dark and lonely with my GF, parked the car, took an inflating mattress, blanket, wine and N900.

N900 supplied led light, and was transmitting music to my car which was parked 2 feet away, locked with the radio on.
I could change music, volume and supply a nice ambiance to the whole event.

Was fun :)
Some days I love my N900. Some days I hate it.
Last night, I loved it!

PS. The show was awesome, i counted 52 falling stars in under 2 hours, most of them lasted for more then 2 seconds.

Kudos to you my man!

I had the same-ish experience a few weeks back while camping with a "friend".

I had loaded my N900 with movies, podcasts (We love diggnation) and music. It was just the 2 of us in a tent in the woods with the N900 and at one point while watching one of her favorite chick flicks she turns to me and says:

"I love that you're a geek"

Then what happened next led to the movie being missed.

Average nerd reporting in.

My girlfriend hates my N900 because I spend most saturday mornings reflashing the ****ing thing.

It's ok though because it is full of terrible porn.

I don't know how you consider an average night, but for me an average night includes sharing some love with my GF, so thats not the point in my story :)
And that my friend, is why I was focusing on the NEW scoop! which is N900 supplying to goods!!!!

WOw sweet thread. Perhaps I should be packing this thing with some nice tunes and movies in case I get stuck with this girl I'm dating right now.

Plus, the phone just did me a great favor by being really useful when my desktop went dead.

Totally hooked up with a chick because we were bored and i decided to play some beatles songs and it was on shuffle and I managed to by chance hit her FAVORITE beatles song. WIN.

thats the kind of stories that will make the N900 legendary, in the long run! :)

i have no such succes stories miself. only that it have been a real rescuer while the desktop computer had a virus.
little brother also have a N900 and his gf keeps borrowing it all the time at nights playing angry birds. she also loves the speaker/microphone quality of the n900 too ;)
