nokia n900 fullscreen youtube problem .
 

hi guys, i'm having a new problem with my n900, i can't watch youtube videos in fullscreen the right way, for some reason the red loading bar, with the play button and...... doesnmt show up in ful scrren for some reason, anyone knows why ?? am i the only one with this problem ?? and please HOW TO FIX IT .because i watch a lots of videos in youtube fullscreen on my n900 .

Yeah, I noticed this too. Started happening recently. I think it's because YouTube updated their Flash maybe?

Ah crap, the last piece of the sinking ship goes under water.

Theres always the youtube viewer app to use instead.

youtube viewer app ??!!!? more info please, and by the way this problem sucks, and anyone noticed that the new youtube 'bar' that shows up, stopped showing up.... and will the tweak flash plugin fix this problem ??

ok.... so what does help ?? its not all the time, if u reboot the phone, it will work for a while, not always, any solutions mates ??

Mediabox does an admirable job of searching for and playing videos from YouTube.

it still works fine for me :-s
maybe its a regional thing

it works as standard and with flash tweak set to android

hi matt nice to see u here, anyway maybe your right, here's another thing, can u guys change the video resolution in youtube ?? (240p, 360p, ..), i know i can't, but some users can without changing the user agent .
anyway if you want that, get the queen beecon to hide your user agent .

I have another flash-related problem with my N900 after updating to PR 1.3.
I am only able to watch youtube videos in 240p. If I change to any higher resolution I get a lot of artifacts in the image in form of vertical lines across the image. At the moment I change to 240p the problem is gone. I guess I can live with 240p youtube but it is a big problem for videos where I can't lower the resolution. The problem persists even with Tweak-flash uninstalled.

Anyone else out there?

feel good that you can change the resolution,i can't , even after reflashing to pr1.3, but the good is that pr1.3 now plays full screen videos really good.
