Heh, when i voted around two hours ago, it was like Palm pre -57% and n900 43% ( i don't remember the actual votes). Now i checked it and palm pre votes have gone only by around 10 votes while we've very suavely overtaken them. Way to go guys!

For the sake of this competition, obv the N900 is gonna take the Pre down, but that Galaxy S looms in the shadows. By no means would I ever own that phone, but my brother and close friend, both with very lil technical patience and android exposure asked me what phone they should get, "without having to do all that stuff you do with your nokia that loads webpages fast and looks cool?" In the US market the galaxy s is making waves amongst the...uh....dimminutive folks lol.

no mate, we should vote for the stronger phone (the galaxy s) than take it out, this way we show the androids that one of there best devices was taken out by us, n900 ftw !!

Yes, if the people running this poll have any kind of tech savvy (and care) they will easily notice multiple votes from the same IP, which they will probably delete. You might just about get away with voting once on a work PC, once on a home PC, and once on a mobile device, but I wouldn't risk more than that unless you want all your votes nullified.
