hi am facing a new problem, suddenly m cell got stuck up so i restart the cell but now am unable to access Widgets,Add Bookmark, or new sms or im notification, even browser is responding slow compared thn before, i was surfing some sites n then sudden.y it got stuck n frm then i am unable to access it,how can i correct it without flashing coz once flashed all applications ll b erase n again i need to install...

help me plsss

i did switch off m cell remvo the bateery but nothng happened, i dun get any notification for new sms,im or miss call neither i can acess to widgets .... any othr way

make a backup, flash, put backup back. You wont lose your apps :)

yes i would make a full backup.
for your contacts go to contacts-export contacts-and choose a sd card or your pc.
for your app list,messages,settings use the integrated backup function.
for your emmc take your whole MyDocs and smash it on your pc.
its necessary to make a backup cause there WILL be other issues and to have a backup is always really helpfull.
so after the backup flash your emmc and fiasco and everything will be allright

thr is a option in backup application list, so if i just bck up all those wich r in option then aftr flash i restore them bck, ll all m applications b thr....??? it wont b erase ????

you can't back up your apps, only a list of them to re download.
try a factory reset, also list what widgets you're using - it might be one of them

even aftr flashin my probs remain the same, i cnt use my widgets, bookmarks no notifications, wat should i do now, all m app earsed,but still i my probs remain as it was.... wt shuld i do next ????
