I can't see the full version there. However I think there's a few other new apps but I don't want to give specifics as they might be pay ones! There's one for taking panoramic photos (which just crashed on my N900), a FizWox client thing? Zhiing thing? Maybe more.

I'm actually working on a script to 'monitor' the repos and produce an HTML and RSS report for any updates/changes - I'll post it when it's ready...

Oh yes they do. That's why I'm not giving away the package names as I don't want Nokia to sue me!

But all the info you need is there on your N900 if you know where to look ;)

Cool app at first seems really easy and had me thinking you could just keep on max speed whole time but once you get extra carts and more humps and bumps then it becomes a game of skill aswell.

Copy/paste the .install file details to a new file and name it something like "roller.install".

Use CuteExplorer or similar to open the roller.install file, and it should open with the App Manager.

Note: there is a long pause while it looks like App Manager isn't doing anything - just be patient - it's just Nokia's sucky coding :)...

You can't use 'apt-get' as Nokia have fiddled with it so you can't just install paid apps from the command line :(

Hi,

Just opened notes and copied all this and saved as Roller.install.

When i tried to run it from file manager, it says "Operation failed"

Am I doing anything wrong, please help.

Most of those apps are for Symbian Ovi Store. Try visiting Ovi Store from your N900 browsernot the PC.

everything is ok but if i type apt-get install njurassiclite it says
couldn't find package njurassiclite

May I also add that Nokia apparently took down the source of that edited package, and I lost it in a format, so I don't have a source for it.

configure the latest apt source from the maemo repos with --disable-block-hidden

I had this problem too, think its something to do with the n900 not downloading files properly. I downloaded with my PC then transfered the .deb across and it worked.

im not sure but first install rootsh from the repos.
after that type apt-get install wget
and then the other codes.
but you shouldn't do that if you even don't know where to type commands

I thought wget was preinstalled on all devices...
apt-get install wget first (in a root shell of course)

I installed it using Maemo Synaptic

It disappointed me, it lags too much when tilting, the FPS is subpar, and the tilting thing instead of tilting stuff controls an fictional throttle/brake. Oh and the "toonies" are way too lowpolly, and the FPS still sucks. I had a similar game on my N73, it was 2D and somewhat pixel-art, but it was way more fun to play than this, the FPS and the physics kicked Jurassic 3D's arse, and i had no issues understand what was happening (on a few of the turns in Jurassic i can't see anything, and the low FPS combined with a few fast movements makes it easy to loose track of the environment), oh and it had tons of levels (instead of being an extremely limited demo it was full, but still free because it displayed a couple of ads when loading )

yeah i did use root,

I think there is something wrong with my device. It doesnt really like downloading any files from the internet, I dont know why??

wget is preinstalled. It's worked for me in the past.

Whats up with my XTerm, everytime i type in any code it adds

When i type that in root i get the following line:

/bin/sh: apt.gt: not found
Why is it going to bin and why does it keep adding /sh: to everything.
