Camera problem
 

I have the latest updates for n900, however all my pictures seem to have a green tint, also in review pics almost start to twinkle? If that isn't odd enuf is all apps bless,fcam nothing is clear either grainy, or looks double exposed. Please help i went from an n85 to this and researched pics before purchase.

If you installed blessn900 or fcam or lowlight etc you should have been aware that they change camera drivers so no wonder pics look worse , while that drivers have benefits they are not suitable for general use . There are too many setting to tweak before you can take a descent picture but if you do its worth it :) you can even same pictures in RAW format ;)

ty for quick response,
I deleted both apps and still photos are grainy, not one pic looks normal? low light, bright different exposure. I think i need to return. Been looking at pic samples now i feel jipped!!!

check to see whether the drivers are gone too , fcam also you need to restart after that :)

when u say drivers, how do i check that? As u can tell i'm a newby to maemo period

is application manager , just the way you uninstalled those app scroll down and see what is installed

ok checked to see if bless,fcam is installed it isnt, what drivers a i looking for? went to link posted and it doesnt give me any info?

I have BlessN900 installed alongside the std camera app and they both run well together, so don't give up - BlessN900 adds so much to the N900.

Personally, I'd rather do a full reflash than lose BlessN900 - use the wiki and restore apps in manageable groups to see what might be conflicting.

Well worth the effort!

wiki, and restore apps? seriously not understanding, when u say reflash do u mean turn off and restart?

just went to redl the bless900, says app succesful, however the fcam-driver says unable to updat, incompatible application package'
any help with this.
