hello maemo lovers, we allknow that this forum is the main nokia maemo discussions forum, but guess what, it looks like there is another official forum for maemo at nokia discussions, its really awesome, you can get all the help you need with your problems, users there are very helpful, and most things discussed here are discussed there 2 ( flash 10.1, meego, overclocking, ...) and there is full guides to everything, noob questions are very welcomed 2 .
i like it a lot, and there is a 'show of your maemo 5 screenshots' thread and.....

i agree its really awesome .
and one change than this forum, users don't get "thanks" iver there, they get a kudos for thier helpful posts (kudos is clicking that green star under the user's name ) .
but talk.maemo.org is still the BEST, it has the biggest number of users, and the biggest number of gurus .
but still nokia discussions are nice .

Yes, I know that we have the 'thanks' option, but having kudos option would be great for recognising devs, testers, answerers and all those who deserve to be recognised.

forums work best when there is no' thanks' or 'kudos' or 'i am better than you' type of button
and nokia discussion forum has been there for years, its nothing new at all

@kureyon actually, complainning to nokia there feels a lot better for some reason, i mean your complaining on the nokia website :p
@gryedouge whats actually cool is that there is rankings, you get ranked up the more kudos and more solutions you get, i'm a professor there :D
@leetut yes i know that we all know about nokia discussions. but its cool to know there is a maemo 5 part over there .

Seriously though I think we cant compare tmo to that nokia sub-sub forum hidden under http://discussions.europe.nokia.com/...ces/bd-p/maemo

By the single fact that all awesome apps are announced here even before going to repos and the fact you can actually contact devs make tmo the best ;)

Ahem. That is the place where all the people here have been advised to go (many many many times) if they have nothing more than "feedback" to Nokia.

Also if people looked around and read for example this:

Yes it´s maemo.org talk area rules that were done by community & council and it refers to that place in first paragraphs.

But good that people find that place so they can vent their "ideas" to there :)

first of all i don't copy anything from here, to be honest i did like 2-3 times before, but i always mention the name of the author, similar to quotings .
and yes TMO is the best arround the web, no argument there.
