Cnt change directory n900
 

I ave jst bot n900 nd i dnt knw nethng hw to use it. I want to install nitdroid, dan i tried d commands in xterminal. When i typd cd /home/user/mydocs/ it says cnt change directory.
Plz help me out,i dnt knw nethng abt programing ,so plz xplain in easy steps.

the directories are case sensitive. should be MyDocs not mydocs.

first of all, if you would've care about the spelling, you wouldn't have this problem. It's "MyDocs"
Second-use a search button, before posting some really obvious questions.

Ok alfred, 4m nxt tym i vl do a search b4 postg,bt dist tym plz help me out.

I tried almost 4 tyms 2 install nitdroid nd dan gingerbread.but i failed.dan finally at 5th tym i got succeed.
But nw new pbm occured, on selectg maemo os,its nt startng d fo9,its showg
Can't flash kernel, required files not found

And on selectg gingerbread,its startng, bt its havng many pbms,lyk its nt showg ne network signal,fo9 is in airplane mode, camera,music player is nt startg.nd back,options(soft keys)are nt showg

Plz help me out,sud i ave 2 flash d fo9?

Press 0 on multiboot. If that won't boot flash kernel only (look in wiki). Try installing multiboot-kernel-maemo and reinstalling nitdroid kernel.

Sorry OP, but it's horrible to read your posts due to the flood of spelling errors. I understand that english is not your first language, but guess what so isn't mine. You clearly don't make any effort to get the spelling right even though so many free tools are available on the internet.

Secondly, if you are not comfortable with the N900 and Maemo you shouldn't really install something like nitroid, it's a little advanced for a newbie. Anyway before you start you should already be familiar with the command line, know how to reflash in case you need to start over...

For someone that (we're assuming) English isn't their first language this person is way too comfortable with making phonetically-accurate mangled shorthand of words, and with swapping syllables with numbers where phonetically appropriate.

Either a troll, or someone who is way too okay with leet-speak-like abbreviation. Either way a behavior which should be discourage.

Seriously, if you can't be bothered to write "the" and instead type "d", you don't deserve the kind of time and energy people would spend on explaining how to install NITDroid properly, even if you're genuinely interested and not just trolling.

I can only hope that if this is a troll, the jarring mental discomfort of writing like that is greater than that which we have to work through just to read the damn posts.

Yup bro, my english is too bad, i know that.but please please help me out. . . .

Please give me which command i have to use to install vostok n11, and i have downloaded some updates also,so please commands for that also.
I don't want to install gingerbread as it is having many bugs like there is no back button,camera,music player is not opening, its not playing the video.

If i flash only kernel memory than can i directly install the n11? Or i have to delete any files.
