Hi
Sometimes when I record movies with N900's camera they aren't fluent, i.e. a frame stays for 0,5s or less...
I use power kernel v46 and latest CSSU
What can I do

as now it's dark, I could check it... It, happening mostly in good light, a bit when going from bright to dark

It's a memory card access/write gitch usually... free up some space, that usually fixes the stutters. Also, maybe close other apps, especially those that read or write to the memory card. And maybe try to use the tracker-tuner or whatever it is called, tracker tuner or something... if the tracker process tries to read the new recording at the same time, it may cause a stutter.

I've had the same issue on some videos (no CSSU or kernel power). Changing to lower quality fixes it, but then again we lose quality..

I have 1.3 GB free in MyDocs and 5 in optfs (I repartitioned)
But this was happening with 10GB free in MyDocs
What's the exact name of tracker tuner cuz I can't find it anywhere
overclocking doesnt fix it :(

our n900's are starting to date gents. I've had my phone for 2 years now and its starting to underperform in every way.

Guess thats just tech for you

As I've seen it may be autofocus issue. The "hanging" is most visible when the distance from camera gets from 1m to 0,1m or vice versa

Same here...
