HI

iphon theme under QBW

Prerequisites:

1 install queen-beecon_1.3.3_armel.deb

2 Download queen_beecon_dir.zip

3 Extract its contents (queen_beecon_dir) to your n900

(./MyDocs/.images)

STEP 1 Add a QBW

STEP 2 Enter Advanced Settings

STEP 3 Import File to Buffer

STEP 4 Navigate to 1 and select it

STEP 5 Import Buffer to Beecon and save

STEP 6 Repeat steps 1,2,3 for 2 till 21

for change command any icon go to setting icon and edit cmd
command dbus-send --type=method_call --dest=com.nokia.HildonDesktop.AppMgr /com/nokia/HildonDesktop/AppMgr com.nokia.HildonDesktop.AppMgr.LaunchApplication string:"application name here"

I DO thank you. It's not because of almost everyone hating iOS, that there aren't ppl who appriciate the work that you do.
After all, iOS is closed source, but at least it's getting updated....

Am I the only one where downloading the maps doesnt work. Maps seem to be not good?

I have to admit I have one of my desktop made I-phonish since a lot of time thanks to QBW.
It is really too simple, when somebody asks you your phone for any reason, emergency or whatever, simply swipe to the I-phonish desktop and then give it to the requester. No other questions will follow until the phone come back...

Not at all. You need it if you want the status bar on top. Mine stays on side and nobody cares about that.
BTW, I looked at many people observing their reactions. If they are going to make a call, almost nothing happens. The phone application works in portrait, Iphone owners looks disorientated for a second, everybody ends their task and return me the phone without further question. If it is for a quick bowsing session, the browser goes portrait and the only thing I am usually asked for is how to go back to the previous page (bottom right corner trick) or to type addresses (yes, I have to slide N900 open to show people the hwkbd). Usually iphone owners are the worst N900 users because after the first page, nothing works as they expect. Non iphone owner uses the phone with really low questions.
Contacts, Calendar, Multimedia, Photo, Calc and Angrybirds are other 'apps' I have on the screen. Many complaints against the calc, but all in all the people is able to use the 900 with really few questions.
Oh, and once an Iphone owner asked me the name of the browser app because mine was really better than the stock one... Ehi guy, this is NOT an Iphone, did you not notice it...?

Well, not my personal taste and I don't intend on using it, but I thanked the post anyway, because I know there are people for whom this would be what they want, and thus as far as I'm concerned, OP's work is a useful post worthy of thanking.

I know, it's Iphone..... and it is like swearing here.... but anyway, if someone or the creator still has the zip files but then functioning, can they still share it? It would be nice to give it a try.
