i have downloaded recaller & can't update maemo. Please help even can't uninstall recaller using Terminal apt-remove recaller

The command should be:

If you're having more problems, please copy/paste the output from x-term including the command you're typing so we can see what's going on.

Strange - I've just removed it, re-installed it and removed it again without any problems.

If it was me I would look at the file /var/lib/dpkg/triggers/Unicorp and see if you can see any 'obvious' errors. If not, post it here and someone might be able to work out the problem.

i have recognised that after installing RECALLER which shows cannot be updated while updating in Application Manager. I am unable to install / Uninstall other application as well. Please suggest the best solution. Your Feedback & help would be highly appreciable.Pleaseeeeeee

Yes sucessfully auto cleaned but cannot re install or remove RECALLER. Please help with more details

Anyone could help me? I have a problem installing and removing an application on my n900.
I tried to install and uninstall an application thru application manager, fapman, clean900, and thru xterm (dpkg and apt-get) but no luck.
It started to happen when i uninstall a tribal-theme, after uninstallion of massive applications and themes that is not usable for me.
I think there is something wrong with the "dpkg".
Here's in my xterm.

thanks! i also tried it before, but its not working. i think the main problem is the dpkg.

Dear Maemo experts team, Please help as i am also facing the same problem hope every thing is Okie with maemo.org web-site as after installation of any application from this web-site we are unable to install or un install any application. Is there any way we can empty all our application from Nokia N900 & then can be again installed from maemo.org by not flashing the device please suggest. Await your soonest reply.

its working now. but i still have the problem. i cant remove the tribal-theme-evil. i tried to install the theme and uninstall but failed to remove the theme.
