It says 215MB for install yet everytime I UPDATE it says not enough room?
 

Ok I've searched around the site, I've uninstalled some major programs that I love, but......

Everytime I try and update I get Unable to .... You need atleast 20MB to install ...blah..blah, uninstall some apps and try again..

:confused: When I go to settings it says I have 215 MB free for install what is going on?

BTW I have CSSU on and it won't let me uninstall it, also noticed the plastic theme packs say they are installed when i did a installed app check someone mentioned in a thread. But it doesn't show up on the uninstall list.

Also USB is broke...so ANY SUGGESTIONS??:(

That is free in /OPT.
You (most likely) need space in ROOT ( / ).

That information is incomplete and very unhelpful for one to help you diagnose the problem. You should provide as much detail as possible rather than just saying the end results.

apt-get update is probably only whingeing about mozilla's lack of certificate.
Does apt-get upgrade want to do anything if you run it?
Rob1n was suggesting that you try "apt-get install program-name-here" for whatever program it is that you're trying to install - does that give better error messages?

Well, you've definitely got more than 20M free in every filesystem it might be trying to install to.

Do you get the same error doing "apt-get install pkgname" (if you don't know the actual package name, which probably differs from the name shown in app manager, use "apt-get search" to find it)?

Has no one noticed these lines?? There obviously is not enough space in /home:

189Mb free. Do you have any huge games installed? Like Kroll or Preenv games or Wildlands etc? Those are eating your space. The N900 by default has only 2.0GB partitioned as ext3 for games and applications. You can increase it using several methods posted here or the easiest way would be a custom eMMC image (solution 5). You could backup using backupmenu, flash and restore.

You might want to first remove duplicate entries in /etc/sources.list, issue apt-get update and see if those errors about duplicate sources.list entry disappears. If it does but there are other errors like GPG, you could probably try and manually import those. I don't know if it would help but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try.

I'm guessing without those errors fixed, apt-get may continue to use old lists hence you cannot upgrade because there's no new versions available.

Try disabling or removing repos. The output suggests that you have too many open. Usually the ones with NO_PUBKEY are either now obsolete or down.

Also when you are trying to update apps via HAM ensure you have the CSSU repos disabled.
